Throughout his career, Chris has held leadership positions with Walmart, Albertsons, and healthcare technology organizations, where he successfully led large-scale initiatives spanning healthcare analytics, revenue cycle management, business intelligence, data science, artificial intelligence, enterprise technology modernization, and operational transformation.
As Director of Data Analytics & Engineering, Chris led multidisciplinary teams responsible for data science, data engineering, business intelligence, executive reporting, and healthcare analytics solutions. During his career, Chris spent nearly 15 years with Walmart supporting Pharmacy, Vision, Hearing, and Healthcare operations before joining Albertsons, where he led strategic pharmacy technology initiatives and enterprise transformation programs focused on improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
Throughout his leadership journey, Chris has consistently bridged the gap between business strategy and technology execution, helping organizations transform complex data into actionable insights that improve performance, accelerate growth, and strengthen decision-making capabilities.
Beyond his corporate career, Chris dedicated more than 20 years to public service as both a volunteer and paid firefighter/EMT. He served in leadership roles that included Assistant Commander of a Specialized Incident Response Team and Assistant Chief of a Rescue Team. This experience strengthened his leadership philosophy centered on service, accountability, teamwork, and decisive problem-solving under pressure.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology, graduating summa cum laude, and an Associate Degree in Business Administration, graduating with honors. I’ve been married for 26 years and am a proud father of seven children. The values of family, service, and integrity have shaped both my personal life and professional career.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, technology, analytics, and public service, I believe the most successful organizations are built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
